History:

E.M.I.T. was founded in 1986, by its managing director - Ephraim Menashy.
Ephraim Menashy was the chief pilot and the test pilot for the UAV MALAT division of IAI during 1981 to 1991, and is involved in consulting services supporting UAV development for over 20 years.

E.M.I.T. systems excels in modern state-of-the-art avionics and an auto pilot system with a novel compact ground station with a (up to) 200Km communication system.
The company just recently finished the development of a first prototype of a new innovative UAV system that has flown with unprecedented performance.

E.M.I.T. supplied an Aerial Target system consists of 8 air vehicles, 2 ground systems, 2 launchers, and complete in-field training.

The company's expertise is in efficient airborne lightweight composite material manufacturing techniques.
E.M.I.T. is the company that designed, developed, and manufactured for Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) the UAV fuselage of the "Pioneer" program.
It was the first composite material UAV used by IAI.
The company manufactures various composite material parts for the Israeli Air Force, IAI, and RAFAEL.
Among other products, E.M.I.T. developed unique pneumatic launchers to launch UAV's of up to 150Kg of weight and also developed unique landing and salvage systems for extracting UAV's from an arresting net.
